Search & choose a restaurant
Use the search bar below to find restaurants by name. Type and click Search. You can also scroll down to browse our partners or go to Restaurants in the menu.
Step 3
Add to cart & checkout
Add food items to your cart from a restaurant menu. The cart icon in the top right shows your items. When ready, go to checkout and complete payment online.
Step 4
Track your order
After placing an order, track its status from your dashboard: Initiated → Processing → Out for delivery → Delivered. Open "Orders" in the menu or go to your dashboard and check "Active Orders".
Step 5
Manage orders & get help
From your dashboard sidebar you can: view all orders, payment pending, refunds, favourites, deposit/withdraw, and open support tickets. Use the Guide link anytime to see this again.
